The Chino Valley Cultivation Facility has been one of the leading cannabis operations in the Arizona cannabis market for over five years. The property is 100% leased under a NNN Lease Agreement with a term through May 2040, leased to a top Arizona, vertically-integrated cannabis company, backed by a major national cannabis capital firm.

The site has been recently renovated by the operating tenant, with approximately $10 Million worth of capital improvements.
