This license type permits a wide range of activities, including extraction, infusion, and the production of products such as edibles, tinctures, concentrates, and topicals, provided all operations comply with New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) regulations.
Distributor – It allows the licensee to acquire, possess, warehouse/distribute, transport, and wholesale cannabis products between licensed cannabis businesses. New York OCM specifically says distributors can obtain cannabis products from authorized processors, microbusinesses, cooperatives, and registered organizations, then sell those products into licensed adult-use retail channels
