A lean cost structure. 683 square foot average footprint, single-staff operation, base rent at 3.8% of revenue, and roughly 250 SKUs including accessories against the 400 to 1,000 carried by conventional retailers.
Additional revenue from trade-marketing and data agreements. Agreements with licensed producers contributed approximately $706,000 over the trailing twelve months, attributable to these eleven locations. Terms and post-closing continuity are addressed in diligence.
Single-entity ownership. The portfolio is held through one corporation, with no layered or intermediated control arrangements.

Both periods cover the eleven continuing locations only. Product revenue is essentially flat between the two periods; the variance sits in the trade-marketing line. Corporate overhead, owner compensation, interest and income tax are not charged against these figures.
ASKING PRICE: $1,500,000 for the business, plus inventory at wholesale cost of approximately $450,000, verified by stock-take at closing. Asset sale, all cash preferred.
BUYER QUALIFICATION
An executed non-disclosure agreement, proof of funds, and confirmation of eligibility to hold or control a cannabis retail store authorization in the province are required before any operational, regulatory, commercial or ownership detail is released.
