It is powered by Cimarron Electric with 600amps of single phase. Water is through Logan
County Rural Water #2.

security monitoring with 32 cameras, with fire alarm and intrusion alarm monitoring

• Two unisex bathrooms.
• 4 grow rooms
o Lighting control – state-of-the-art full spectrum LED controllable grow lights
allowing the rooms to be used for both veg and flower eliminating the need
for separate rooms.
o Computer controlled Irrigation. The facility uses a high quality 500 liter per
hour water treatment system providing reliable, pure, EC and PH stable
water.
o Automated C02 sensor/alarm systems and evacuation ventilation
o Quest dehumidifiers with real time humidity, PH and EC monitoring
o Rolling tables
o Oscillating fans
o Minisplit HVAC unit
• Complete stocked advanced micropropagation lab
• Sorting and packaging room with mechanical trimming for popcorn buds
• Large walk-in vault for storage and used as a storm shelter
• Temperature and humidity controlled drying room
This is truly a quality turn-key operation that runs efficiently with minimum labor and
overhead cost with a clean room like environment to maximize outside contamination. By
using our proven fertigation and lighting system, operation can be up and running in as little
as one month. While the grow rooms are small, using our system the yield of up to three
pounds per light are the norm, not the exception. Using a four-week staggered grow,
approximately 10 turns a year could be realized. The quality of the product can achieve
25% cannabinoids and over 2.5% terpenes.
This facility has the Certificate of Occupancy and current transferable OMMA License.

The property comes with an active grow license and all associated grow and lab equipment. Day-to-day operations can be run by two people. The building consists of four growing rooms, one currently being used as a nursery. All growing operations are accomplished in each room by changing the programming of the lights. It is not required to move plants from a veg room to flower a flower room thus saving time and operating costs. Each room has produced up to 50-60 lbs. of dried product, roughly 30-35 of flower and 20-25 lbs. of trim. The HVAC systems consists of a 5-ton unit for the common areas with 2, 12 ton mini-spit units each controlling the environment for two grow rooms and two more mini splits controlling the environment in the office and other production areas. The facility has a storage vault that doubles as a safe room, a drying room, trim, and packaging room and a full lab for micropropagation and potency testing. Air showers on entry keep the area clean. Rolling grow tables allow for easy access to plants. The facility has a monitored security and fire system with 32-camera surveillance inside and outside. Every interior door has a cypher lock. A garage provides easy access storage. All growing operations, water, lights, CO2, etc. are fully automated using a Growtronics System. Overhead run rates are extremely low due to the fact that all lights in the facility are LED and a state of the art water filtration system allows precise control of nutrients along with a drip system and recycling protocol.
