Also included is a commercial dishwasher with a three compartment sink along with a mop sink and a dump sink. This facility has a monstrous dehumidifying HVAC system fully interlocked with compliant emergency systems. The building is monitored for Carbon Dioxide, fire, burglary & is also equipped with panic buttons & panic key fobs for associates. It has a spacious office well situated & an excellent workflow for production. The building is well equipped with 800amps of power & numerous power receptacles throughout the facility which is also wired for data.
