On Friday, January 30, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. Substantially all assets of StateHouse holdings, including real property, personal property, tangible and intangible property, will be sold through a Court Confirmation and Overbid Hearing pursuant to the terms of the Receiver’s Asset Purchase Agreement. The opening bid will be $165,000,000.
To prequalify to bid, by January 28, 2026, bidders must: (1) sign the Rules for Confirmation and Overbid Hearing; (2) provide proof of funds as to the bidder’s highest bid amount; and (3) tender a $10,000,000 deposit via cashier’s check, wire transfer or ACH. All unsuccessful bidders will receive their $10,000,000 deposit back promptly following the hearing.
